Feriel's Freshly Baked Garlic Dinner Rolls

What can be better than the smell of fresh-baked bread wafting through the house?

4 Cups cake flour
plus half a cup cake flour
one teaspoon baking powder
half a teaspoon garlic powder
one teaspoon fine salt
one and a half tablespoon of sugar
10 g instant yeast
250 ml milk
250 ml boil water
125 ml olive oil
Sieve flour add sugar, salt, garlic powder, and yeast, and mix.
add all the liquids to the dry ingredients, and mix well to form a soft dough.
Pat oil on top of the dough and set aside to rise for 1 hour.
Grease a baking tray with oil.
Make rolls by cutting pieces of dough and shaping them as desired.
Place shape rolls in a greased tray and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
Egg wash with brush and sprinkle sesame seed over rolls.
Bake in thermofan oven at 180 C for 17 minutes/convection oven for 20 minutes or more until golden brown.
Brush with melted Parmalat garlic
and parsley butter.
Enjoy this super soft yummy tasty dinner roll with braised steak or any dish of your choice.
