Cut brinjals / eggplant in slices.
Add Durban masala and Suhana kashmiri mild chilli powder and salt.
Dip spiced brinjals / eggplant in chickpea flour OR cake flour and shallow fry in oil until golden soft.
Put on paper towel to drain off excess oil.
Clean and spice fish with Durban masala and Suhana kashmir chilli powder and salt to taste.
Dip in cake flour and fry in same oil and pan of brinjals
Drain on paper towel too.
Serve with fresh salads of your choice.
