Lunch was mixed (dhania sausage and beef patty) griddled in pan with red onions, mushrooms, french fries, tomato and rye bread 🍞🍟🍄🍅🍀
Add a little water to the pan.
Cook the patty and sausage till cooked.
Add the ring onions as well.
When all liquid cooked away add little avocado oil.
Add your sliced mushrooms and thick slices tomato too.
Season with Himalayan pink salt, black ground pepper, and 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar.
For french fries, only add chips spice and serve with Rye bread and salads.
