I made this dish in an Electric Pressure Cooker.
Braise 2 red onions in oil until golden brown.
Add 1 green chopped pepper.
Add grated fresh garlic.
2 cups Mcain Carrot, peas and corn
2 teaspoon Turmeric
1 teaspoon Akhni masala
3 tablespoon mild garlic Veri Peri sauce
peri peri spice to taste
salt to taste
4 chicken fillets cut in cubes or strips
3 cups Tastic rice (rinsed)
Add all above raw ingredients in pressure cooker and cover with enough hot water and stir well before closing with lid.
Settings on Stew for 35 minutes
