Learn how to make my No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake.
Base:
1 pkt crushed Tennis
4 large tablespoon melted butter
Mix gelatine and hot water until smooth. Set aside and cool off
Cheesecake filling
2 smoothed creamed plain cottage cheese
397g 1 tin condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
250 ml hot water
5 teaspoons halal gelatine
One cup whipped fresh cream
Method:
Crush biscuits & add melted butter.
Blend well in food processor.
Press crumbed mixture in a springform pan & allow to set in fridge.
Whip fresh cream until firm.
Add condensed milk & cottage cheese & fold through.
Lastly add lemon juice & cooled off gelatine water & combine thoroughly.
Pour cheesecake mixture over biscuit base & allow to set before putting on desired topping
Topping:
Fresh strawberries and pipe strawberry curd over it.
