Feriel's Oven Kebaab (Oond Frikkadel)

Super quick and easy!! 
Ingredients:
500g pure steak mince
1 grated onion and tomato
3 slices staled bread (soaked and drained)
1 egg
chopped spinach
salt and pure black pepper
1 teaspoon Robertson’s Spice for mince
Method:
Mix all together and drain in a colander.
Pat small amount of mixture in the palm of hand and bake in hot oven until golden brown.
Serve with sweet yellow rice and salads
