Oven Kebaab with Creamy Potato Salad
The Hidden Mystery Behind Oven Kebaab With Creamy Potato
500g pure steak mince
1 grated onion
1 finely chopped tomato
3 slices staled bread (soaked and drained)
1 egg
Chopped spinach
Salt and pure black pepper
1 teaspoon Robertson’s Spice for mince
Pinch nutmeg
Mix all together and drain in the colander.
Pat small amount of mixture in the palm of hand and bake in hot oven until golden brown.
Serve with sweet yellow rice and salads OR toasted buttered Rye bread and salads 🌿🍅🌳🍞
Feriel’s creamy potato salad
4 large potatoes (cubed)
fresh chopped parsley
1 grated onion
1 small tin Nestlè dessert
Salt and black grounded pepper
Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender.
Drain well.
Peel and cube potatoes.
Transfer to a large bowl.
Add parsley, onion.
Combine mayo, sugar, vinegar, and salt.
Add mayo & dessert cream mixture to potatoes.
Toss lightly to coat potato mixture.
Grind black pepper and garnish with fresh parsley.
