TRH Feriel's Prawn Chaat with Roti
900g Jumbo deveined and cut prawns
2 red onions
5 cloves garlic crushed
6 curry leaves
2 teaspoons crayfish masala
1 heaped teaspoon Suhana mild kashmiri chilli powder
1 teaspoon coriander and cumin
1 teaspoon pure turmeric
salt to taste
one cup smooth plain yoghurt
one cup fresh cream
2 grated tomatoes
dhania for garnish
Chopped onions finely & braised onions in oil.
add crushed garlic and curry leaves.
Add clean and wash prawns.
Add all your spices of above.
Cook it until prawns change colour and simmer for 7 minutes and add grated tomatoes, fresh cream and plain yoghurt.
Stir and mix well until well blended and garnish with fresh dhania.

4 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon salt
125g butter (rub in flour)
1/4 cup oil
Boiling water
Mix well to make a soft dough.
Cut in balls and roll out and fry in pan
