Paella is a classic Spanish dish of rice cooked with shellfish and seasoning. It is a wonderful dish for easy entertaining. 🐚🐙🐡🦀
2 cups Tastic rice
1½ cup Asian style Mcain stirfry
1 teaspoon Spice for rice
Boil together and set to the side.
Heat oil in a pot.
Add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds.
Few curry leaves (neem)
1 chopped tomato
1 teaspoon fresh crushed garlic and
1 chopped green pepper
Add wash and deveined prawns and packet seafood mix
Add 1tablespoon Amina’s Fish and prawn masala
½ teaspoon Mother in law masala
Simmer till done.
Curry must be saucy, not dry.
Add drained rice over prawns and seafood curry sauce.
Dot with butter and steam slowly until all sauce is cook away.
Fluff rice and garnish with dhania. EnJoY!
Garlic saucy cream for Mussels.
Steam mussels in a colander in a pot until mussels are cooked.
Drain and set to the side
In pot melt butter and add crushed garlic
Add fish spice, Aromat, and ground black pepper.
Add half cup fresh cream and simmer until it boils.
Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
