Nothing beats a delicious and tasty light meal with steak mince!
500g lean steak mince
1 red onion
salt and black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Robertsons Spice for mince
3 baby marrows sliced
6 white mushrooms
Braise onion in oil.
Add mushrooms and baby marrows. Stirfry for a while.
Add your drained mince and seasonings.
Simmer until mince is cooked.
Serve with brown seed roll and home cooked beetroot slices.
