A Light Meal – Quick and Easy!

Cut butternut in half scoop out more butternut and use cut out butternut as well.
Microwave or steam in a microwavable bag.
Roast in avocado oil in the oven until golden brown.

Mince filling:
500g lean steak mince
1 red onion
salt and black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Robertsons Spice for mince
Fresh thyme Optional
Braise onion in oil.
Add your drained mince and seasonings.

Simmer until mince is cook with no sauce.
Scoop in roasted butternut.
Add feta cheese. Serve with freshly cooked beetroot and salads
Enjoy.🍽 🍽
