Feriel's Stir-fried Garlic Mushrooms on Toasted Rye bread


Easy, quick & yummy! 
Stir-fried mushrooms
Melt a small piece of butter in pan.
Add ½ teaspoon crushed garlic.
Add 3 sliced mushrooms and season with salt and ground black pepper.
Toast bread.
Add the mushrooms and grated Edam cheese.
Melt it for 15 secs in the microwave.
Serve with salads of Italian lettuce, cucumber, pineapple cubes, and strawberries.
Garnish with Robertson’s Italian herbs. 🍄🍓🍍🌳🍃
