A delicious and healthy vegan soup for the cooler months made with root vegetables
Tasted divine and tasty.
Ingredients:
250 g split peas
large carrots
2 leeks
1 onion
1 Kohlrabi (sweet turnip)
1 small potato
Soup celery
Parsley
Salt and blackgrounded pepper
Method:
Cook split peas until soft and creamy
Add grated vegetable
Cook until done
Add salt & pepper
Blend soup with hand blender
Enjoy
OR
Add all above in pressure cooker. Cut all veg in chunks.
Add salt and Pepper
Blend soup with hand blender
