Quick and easy to prepare, and a good alternative to deep fried fish
Steam Haddock pieces in a little water in the pan.
Melt butter and add fresh thyme and crushed fresh garlic to melted butter and drizzle over Haddock.
Serve with spinach and mixed vegetables.
