Crushed ginger and garlic
Mix all above with lemon juice to a saucy paste.
Rub chicken with paste and leave in a ziplock bag in the fridge.
Add butter flavor avocado oil over chicken with sauce and all and sweet potato chips.
Roast in oven 180C for 30 minutes until soft and succulent.
For 8 pieces of chicken, use a level teaspoon of each of the spices, garlic, and ginger
Use enough lemon juice to make it a saucy paste.
