The Cape Snoek, is a long, thin species of snake mackerel found in the seas of the Southern Hemisphere.
Ingredients:
¼ cup apricot jam
125g butter
2 tablepoon lemon juice
garlic
chilli flakes
salt
black pepper
Boil together allow to cool and apply to snoek and grill on fire.
