Fluffy Saucy Chicken, Mushrooms, Spinach Pancakes with Cheese

Perfect and delightful lunch for the grandkids

4 eggs
500 ml Cake flour
2 cups water
1 cup fresh milk
2 teaspoon soft butter
One teaspoon baking powder

Beat with beater & let’s stand for 30 minutes
Fry in a greased non-stick pan until brown yummy recipe Bismillaah
Makes ± 27 pancakes

For freezing :
I layered each pancake with a plastic sheet and put in airtight container.

Saucy Chicken, Mushrooms, Spinach, and Cheese

3 chicken fillets cut into cubes.
Spice with peri and chicken spice.
1 chopped red onion
chopped spinach leaves
sliced mushrooms
small tin dessert cream
salt and pure black pepper

Stirfry chicken cubes in oil until golden brown.Add 2 cloves grated garlic, mushrooms and spinach.
Add dessert cream and stir all well together.

Grated Gouda cheese
Place saucy chicken on end of pancake, add grated cheese and roll up.
Heat in microwave till cheese melt.
Serve with Italian lettuce and salads.
