FRAGRANT CHICKEN KORMA, also very tasty and aromatic.
This Indian dish is perfect served with chapati bread or, if you prefer, over Basmati rice.
Ingredients:
Braise 2 onions in oil.
Add a few curry leaves.
Add 3 small tomatoes, cut into chunks.
1 tablespoon fresh garlic and ginger.
Method:
Blend above with a stick blender.
Add 16 pieces of chicken in a pot with fragrant chicken korma spice
and 1 tablespoon Suhana mild Kashmiri chili powder.
Cook chicken until soft and tender.
Add the blended onions and tomato.
Simmer for another few minutes.
Add salt to taste.
Garnish with freshly chopped dhania.
Serve with saffron basmati creamy sella rice and mixed veggies achaar.
