- 2 jumbo eggs + 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (plus extra for greasing pan)

- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
