Fruit Breakfast Bowl with Feta Cheese, what a delightful, fresh, and easy breakfast.

Ingredients:

  1. ½ of green apple diced
  2. ½ of red apple diced
  3. 1 orange segment de-skinned and taken only the flesh
  4. papaya diced ½ cup
  5. 1 medium-sized cucumber diced
  6. 1 tomato diced
  7. sliced avocado, ± ¼ cup
  8. Feta cheese sliced (10 slices)
  9. Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Because of their compact vitamin content, green apples will help whiten and nourish the skin. Say hello to a bright, healthy glow. Since they contain a plentiful dose of vitamin C, apples help make collagen, which is a necessary component of skin and its waterproof barrier.

Dressing for your Fruit Breakfast Bowl with Feta Cheese:

  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • black mustard 1 Tsp
  • yellow mustard 1 Tsp
  • Honey 1 Tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 Tsp
  • Extra virgin olive oil- 2 tbsp
  • Pink salt- 1/2 Tsp

Method:

Slice and place all the fruit in a bowl.
Whisk the dressing and mix with fruit and slices of Feta.
Top up with chopped coriander.
Chill and enjoy.
