Fruit Breakfast Bowl with Feta Cheese, what a delightful, fresh, and easy breakfast.
Ingredients:
- Β½ of green apple diced
- Β½ of red apple diced
- 1 orange segment de-skinned and taken only the flesh
- papaya diced Β½ cup
- 1 medium-sized cucumber diced
- 1 tomato diced
- sliced avocado, Β± ΒΌ cup
- Feta cheese sliced (10 slices)
- Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Dressing for your Fruit Breakfast Bowl with Feta Cheese:
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- black mustard 1 Tsp
- yellow mustard 1 Tsp
- Honey 1 Tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 Tsp
- Extra virgin olive oil– 2 tbsp
- Pink salt- 1/2 Tsp

Method:
Slice and place all the fruit in a bowl.
Whisk the dressing and mix with fruit and slices of Feta.
Top up with chopped coriander.
Chill and enjoy.
