Supper was yummy tonight. I love quick and no fuss on the weekends. Too much going on, so it had to be fast. Hope you enjoy this satisfying yummy meal😘😘

This dish can be served with pasta or white steamed Jasmine rice.
Cubed chicken breast can be substituted for shrimp.
If using spaghetti cook up according to instructions.
I made white steamed rice.
Ingredients:
600 g Cape Point Prawn/Shrimp meat
(Deveined no shells)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbs paprika
2 tsp chilli paste
1 tbsp chopped parsley or you can use basil your choice
Salt and black pepper
1/2 of a sausage of spiced Chorizo, skin removed chop into small cubes
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 finely chopped onion
Method:
Add shrimp meat to a bowl.
Add salt, pepper to taste, paprika, chilli paste, and chopped parsley.
Mix together until shrimp is nicely coated.
Saute shrimp in olive oil in batches turning until no longer pink and cooked, about 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from pan. Set aside.
Using the same pan, add chopped onion and garlic to pan and saute for 2 minutes add Chorizo sausage and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add cooked prawns back to pan and add sauce to the pan, simmer for 2 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta of choice. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Sauce
1/2 Cup Trim mayonnaise,
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce,
2 tbsp lemon juice,
1/4 cup fresh cream,
1/2 tsp garlic salt,
2 tsp paprika,
1/4 tsp dried chilli flakes.
Combine ingredients together with a whisk.
