I have been wanting to make this dish for a while..so glad I did 😉 it’s delicious, quick and so easy. Dinner ready in a jiffy. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1kg chicken fillet or one whole chicken cut into pieces
2 tblsp garam masala
1 tblsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp salt
3 tsp chilli powder
(Marinate for 3 hours or more)
2 tbsp ghee
Cook marinated chicken in ghee for 30 minutes.
Vegetables
1big onion sliced thickly
Half of each: green, yellow and red peppers sliced thickly
2 chopped tomatoes ( skin off )
2 tsp garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
(Stir fry the above in olive oil)
1 x 100 g sachet tomato paste
1 cup fresh cream
Method:
Add cooked chicken to vegetables
Add tomato paste and fresh cream and simmer for 10 minutes
Serve with steamed basmati rice, naan bread and salad
