Leftover cold roasted chicken diced into cubes
6 Multi seed wraps
3 tbsp Crosse & Blackwell mayonnaise
Chopped iceberg lettuce, chopped cherry salad tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced orange pepper, chopped pickle onions, chopped chilli (optional)
4 – 5 tbsp guacamole dip or ripe avocado diced
4 – 5 tbsp Peppadew salsa or any salsa of your choice
4 tbsp sour cream
Heat wraps in microwave for 25 seconds or fry dry in a pan until heated through, spread with mayonnaise and top with the salad ingredients then drizzle hot salsa, guacamole and sour cream over and fold.
