Gail's Potato Sausage Goulash

Sharing a quick and simple supper enjoyed by my family πŸ˜˜πŸ‘β£
Ingredients
4 large chopped onions
7 large potatoes diced into bite sized pieces
4 x Smoked Russian sausages or any other smoked sausage you prefer cut into rounds
2 to 3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbs paprika
2 tsp dried marjoram
1 1/2 tsps dried parsley
1 tsp garlic and herb Ina Paarman seasoning
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups chicken stock made with 2 chicken stock cubes
Black pepper to taste
Add salt at the end to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
In a large saucepan add oil and onions and sautΓ© for 6 to 7 minutes.
Add potatoes and sautΓ© further for 10 minutes. Keep stirring the pot.
Then add sliced sausage rounds. Add spices and stock liquid.
Bring to the boil, add tomato paste and reduce heat.
Simmer until the potatoes are tender. Add salt to taste. Serve with crusty bread or bread rolls
