Whether it’s breakfast, snacks, or meal prep, these rolls have you covered. They’re simple, satisfying, and just what your gluten-free journey has been waiting for.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill GF 1-to-1 Baking Flour
- 1 cup sharp-flavored grated cheese
- 1 cup of milk (any milk will work)
- 3 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Measure out all your ingredients and mix everything in a bowl.
- Watch as the baking powder works its magic, puffing up the dough after a minute or two.
- Heat your mini dash iron and give it a spritz of oil.
- Scoop ¼ cup portions of dough, place them in the center, and cook for exactly 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Trust me, the timing is perfect.
- Repeat until you’ve got 8 crispy, crunchy minis.
- These little wonders are perfect for busy mornings, a quick snack, or even meal prep for the week.
- They’re hearty, comforting, and so versatile; you can dress them up however you like. Top them with eggs, bacon, avocado, or even a dollop of jam for a guilt-free treat that satisfies every craving.
- For breakfast, toast two of them in your bread toaster until warm.
- Fry some bacon, bake an egg, add on the crunchy minis, and make a sandwich out of it. You can add whatever your heart desires; it’s only a suggestion and what I used.
