Try using yogurt next time you prepare some flapjacks, and then you need to test these Greek Yogurt Flapjacks, you will be glad you did
Ingredients:
- 7 cups cake flour.
- 2 tbsp. castor sugar.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- ½ tsp salt.
- 1 cup plain yogurt.
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence.
Method:
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
Whisk in the eggs till well combined.
Whisk in the plain yogurt, until there are no lumps.
Ladle some batter in a medium-hot pan and allow to brown on the side then flip and allow to brown on the other side.
Drizzle maple syrup over and enjoy
PS: The flapjacks are light and fluffy and they just melt in your mouth. I opted to use a ¼ x cup measure to pour the batter into the pan.
