Ingredients – filling:
2 x 250g full cream cheese
125ml cream
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon Maizena (cornstarch)
1 Tablespoon custard powder
Beat eggs and sugar
Add other ingredients and beat well
Bake at 180C for 20 minutes, switch off oven and leave in for a further hour.
1 packet tennis/Marie/ginger (either one)
About 125g melted butter
Crush biscuits. Pour melted butter into crushed biscuits and place at bottom of greased Corning dish and place in fridge while making filling
This cheesecake is really soo simple, quick and easy. A sour cream topping can be put on top for a difference.
