Heavy pot on low heat with the bottom covered in Canola oil (I put it on 3)
Wait for the oil to get hot and then add popcorn kernels
Cover with lid but leaving a tiny gap and wait for it to start popping
Once it starts, it goes very quickly so take a peek but be very careful it doesn’t pop in your face & the oil is hot.
Turn out into bowl and salt to you liking.
