Ingredients
2 packets chocolate instant puddings
500ml fresh cream
400ml Milk
About 2-3 peppermint crisp or flakes
Method:
Put all in a bowl together. Using an electric beater, beat till all mixed – do not over beat
Crush chocolates and throw in. Stir well. Reserve some for decoration.
Refrigerate.
