Happiness Is Homemade Link Party #633

Welcome to the Happiness Is Homemade Link Party #633!

I’m Katie from Love My Messy Messy Mess and I’m back to host for another week for April.
We have had a very warm week here in Western New York but as is typical, we are dropping back down in the 40’s next week. Go figure!
Thank you for taking the time to check out our party this weekend – feel free to click around and see what our bloggers have to share this week.

This Week’s Features

Mel’s Overnight Oats
I was introduced to a homemade overnight oats recipe at work and fell in absolute LOVE! There are so many ways to change up the flavors. This recipe for Mel’s Overnight Oats looks like a great recipe to try making my own at home.
This recipe has my favorite fruit and my favorite herb so of course I had to use it as a feature. Could you imagine eating this on a freshly baked scone? Get this recipe for Savory Peach Rosemary Jam.
I have never cooked with burrata but always thought it looked so tasty. I bet this recipe for Creamy Buratta Pasta with Basil and Tomatoes will also be a light and refreshing spring/summer meal.

Of course anything with lemon screams spring so this recipe for Lemon Muffins was a no brainer to feature.

I love making burgers on the grill during the spring, but sometimes it’s just raining too much to be able to grill. I think this recipe for Air Fryer Cheeseburger Pockets could be a great alternative on those days when the weather is no cooperating.

Let’s Get To The Party!

Did you know we have a Pinterest Board where all features are saved to? Save our pins to your own board for your future reference, easy peasy!
