How To Turn Your Marinated Fish In Salt And Ground Chilies From Blah Into Fantastic
2 fillets fish
2 tsp of red and green chilies
Salt and pepper
Rub into fish and marinate for 2 hours
2 tsp crushed garlic
Add some masala
Oil for frying
Chop 1 large onion
Skin 5 tomatoes and chop
Sauté onion and add tomato add a little sugar
Fry fish and pour some of the oil out
In same oil sauté onion then add tomato and some fish masala.
Simmer and pour over fish then bake in oven at 180C for 15 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle some fresh dhania.
Serve with roti.
