HOME-MADE HUMMUS
Thinking about dinner, I rummaged through the refrigerator and extracted
2 carrots
2 tomatoes, ready for the pot
red and yellow peppers.

A peanut butter jar was ready for the recycling bin, so I added some remaining bush tea from the teapot and shook until all the remains were harmonized
All were added to the blender with fresh parsley and olives and duly whizzed together, resulting in a delicious sauce to be used over the penne pasta.
