1 tsp apple cider vinegar.
1 cup of cake flour.
2 tsp baking powder.
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda.
½ tsp salt.
1½ cup all bran flakes.
2 ripe bananas, mashed.
¼ cup aquafaba (the liquid that is in the tin of chickpeas).
½ cup dark brown sugar.
1½ tsp vanilla essence. Molasses to brush over the muffins.
