Great, thanks Paula for linking, visiting others, and spreading SSPS love around. We did have a wonderful day yesterday, managed to get in a nice 5 km walk, but today we’re back to a overcast and rainy day. I am not complaining, we do need the rain.
Hi Esme! I’m #62 and #66 this week. Thanks as always for the party!
Thank you, Leslie. I will check out the links as soon as possible.
Hi Esme–I had some trouble with InLinkz today. I think the problem is on their end, but I am not sure what to do about it. Or maybe it’s on my end–but I still don’t know what to do about it. I’ve cleared my cache, which always seems to be the first step. When trying to link up on my iphone, the InLinkz log-in said they needed to verify my email address and to click the link in the email they sent me. But I tried twice and they never sent one. So I went to my computer and tried to share the link. It seemed like it went through, but then it didn’t show up. When I tried to share the link again, it said I could not share the same link again. I thought maybe my links would show up later, but they haven’t so far. Yet others have linked up after I did and theirs appear to be going through ok. I wanted to ask if mine were showing up on your end. I don’t know what number they would have been–somewhere in the 30s. One was titled “Spring for the Soul,” and the other was titled “Favorite Instagram Accounts.”
Hi there Barbara,
Thanks for your note, and I am sorry about this issue you have at the moment. In the backend of Inlinkz, I do see 32 and 35, although they do not show up on the post itself; those numbers are missing. When I click on your links (backend), I do see a note, “This link was submitted under an unverified account”. I have not seen or heard of this type of error before.
I pulled your links and entered them, and it worked, so my guess would be that it’s something on your end, or I would not have been able to add them myself. Somehow, you need to verify your account with Inlinkz again. I will do some further digging and get back to you once I find a solution, but for now, you will find your entries as 59 and 60.
Thanks so much for going the extra mile, Esme.
Dear Barbara, No problem at all. Please let me know if you get the issue resolved on your end and manage to verify your account, or I will keep digging for you.
Thank Esme. I had googled the problem and had not found that site. It says, “Click on the verification link thatβs sent to the email address associated with your Link account to confirm your email address. ” The problem is I never received an email from them, so I have nothing to click on. I’ll look around their site and see if there’s another way.
Also, when I received your comment via email on my phone and clicked to get through to your site, I got a pop-up window saying my IP address was blocked due to spam or malicious activity. I don’t know why–I have not sent spam or anything harmful. But when I cam to the computer, I was able to click through fine.
Weird stuff and gremlins for sure. So sorry about all these aggravations and issues. Have you turned off your phone for a while, and then start up again, because to my mind, if you can access it from your computer. Please confirm your IP address (via email to me), then I can look into that to make sure it’s whitelisted.
I know that you have not sent spam because if you had, it would be in my spam folder, and it’s not there, so do not worry about that issue. For sure, gremlins are hard at work today
Esme, thanks so much for featuring my Pear Creme Pie! Have a great week ahead.
You’re so welcome Melynda. Thanks for sharing all your awesome recipes here
Have a wonderful week and all the best
