One can never go wrong with a hearty Baked Beans Curry?! The perfect anytime side or main dish for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Breakfast is served💗
Ingredients:
1 finely chopped small onion
A sprig of curry leaves
2 dried chillies / green chillies
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp dhania jeera powder
1/2 – 1 tbs powder chilli powder
1 grated tomato
1 can baked beans
Salt to taste
Method:
Fry onion & curry leaves in a little oil on medium heat.
Add spices and chillies and cook for +-5 mins.
Add tomato and cook for +- 5 mins.
Add 1 can baked beans, mix well and simmer on medium heat for +- 10 mins.
Add little water only if necessary.
Season to taste. Enjoy😉
