Impress your guests and your family with this quick and easy deliciously decadent treat!

Ingredients:
I roll puff pastry
+-1 cup sugar
+-1 cup choc-chips
Icing sugar for dusting
Method:
Unroll defrosted puff pastry and cut in the middle lengthwise dividing into 2 equal parts.
Press enough sugar deep into each upper side of the pastry to cover completely.
Place a generous layer of choc chips down the middle of each part over the sugar.
Fold each pastry over to enclose the choc chips and form a long rectangle.
Pinch the edges to seal.
Cut into squares before baking or bake the long rectangle and cut when baked.
Place on baking paper in an oven tray and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for +-15 minutes or until lightly browned and well puffed.
Remove from oven, dust with icing sugar.
Serve warm as is or fill with whipped cream once cooled.

Not sure what icing sugar is. Is it powder sugar?
Just different terminology used over the world, but Powdered sugar, also called confectioners’ sugar, icing sugar are all the same.
