Irene's Fruity Fridge Tart

Ingredients
Mix together until smooth:
1 can condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
2x small cans granadilla pulp
1x 410g canned fruit cocktail
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Method:
In a square Pyrex dish, start with a layer of tennis biscuits,
Top with fruit mixture and repeat until fruit mix is finish and end with a layer of tennis biscuits (3 layers of tennis biscuits maximum)
Whip 250ml fresh cream & pour over tennis biscuits.
Refrigerate for minimum 6 hours (overnight is best). EnjoyπŸ˜˜πŸ’
