How to eat your Green Beans Curry …. Add a few Masala Chops on the side
Ingredients:
1 chopped onion
Pinch hing (asafoetida)
1 tsp dhana jeera powder,
1 tsp garam masala,
1-2 tablespoon kashmiri chillie powder, (depending on your preference)
1/2 tsp tumeric,
1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1kg sliced green beans
Method:
Fry 1 chopped onion in a little oil.
Add hung, 1 tsp dhana jeera powder,
1 tsp garam masala,
1 tablespoon kashmiri chilli powder,
½ tsp turmeric,
½ tsp ginger and garlic paste and leave to braise on low for a few mins.
Raise heat to the highest and add 1kg sliced green beans and stir fry until cooked.

Grill/bake in a preheated oven @ 200 deg cel for +-45 mins or until chops are cooked through and browned to your liking.
