Irene's Haddock and Egg Chutney

Ingredients and Method:
Flash fry 500g-1kg rinsed and dried haddock in a little oil until sealed.
Remove haddock and use same oil (add extra oil if necessary) and fry
2 chopped onions,
5 green chillies (more or less depending on ur taste),
1/2 tsp jeera seeds,
1/2 tsp mustard seeds,
curry leaves,
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste.
Add 1 tbs of chilli powder,
1 tbs masala,
1/2 tsp tumeric,
1 tsp dhania jeera powder
once onion is fried and cook on low for +- 5 mins.
Add 10 grated tomatoes and cook for +- 10 mins on medium heat.
Cut haddock into bite sized pieces and add to chutney, mix well, break eggs over the chutney and cook for +- 5 mins or until eggs are cooked to your liking.
