1 x +-2kg leg of lamb
1 x packet Knorr Cook-in-Bag for Chicken
Fresh herbs of your choice….I used mint and thyme
2 tsp crushed garlic or half a bulb fresh
Spice leg of lamb as per Knorr Cook-in-Bag instructions for chicken, place in the bag with herbs and garlic & seal bag accordingly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for +-2 & 1/2 hours.
Remove from bag….sprinkle over steak and chops spice and roast on 200 deg C until browned to your liking.
