Spicy Buffalo Wings
Cut tips off 24 Buffalo wings, cut each wing in half, wash and drain off any excess water.
In a separate bowl,
mix ½ cup flour,
½ cup corn flour (maizena),
1 heaped tbs Robertson’s rustic garlic
and herb spice and salt to taste (+-1 tsp).
Lightly dust wings in flour mix and fry in hot oil for +- 1minute on each side or until skin is lightly browned.
Place all the chicken in a suitable oven dish.
In another bowl, mix 1 bottle spur durky sauce with 2-3 tbs Tabasco sauce and pour over the fried wings.
You can refrigerate the mixture at this point to bake the next day or bake immediately in a pre-heated oven at 180 deg cel for +- 30 minutes or until done.
I served it with a blue cheese dip (recipe below), celery sticks and a Greek salad!

Blue Cheese Dip
Mix 50g soft blue cheese with 250 ml sour cream,
2 tbs mayonnaise and the juice of half a lime until smooth.
