Ingredients
2½ cups self-raising flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp Robertson’s rustic garlic and herb spice
½ cup milk
½ cup water
2 tbs rama/buttter/ghee
Method:
Mix dry ingredients together.
Warm milk and water in microwave until hot but not boiling.
Add butter to hot liquid and it will melt.
Make dough with milk mixture and dry ingredients.
Cover and rest for 15 mins, then roll, cut and fry in medium hot oil until bubbles form.
Drain on paper towels and store in an airtight container once cooled.
