Irene's Sweetcorn Cake

Ingredients and Method:
Cream 200g softened butter with 1 cup sugar.
Beat in 3 eggs, 1 at a time until light and fluffy.
Add 2 tsp vanilla essence.
Add 3 cups self raising flour and 1 cup milk. Mix well.
Fold in 1x 410g can creamed sweetcorn and 1 tsp baking powder.
Spoon into a lined oven tray (I used 2 loaf pans).
Bake at 180 deg cel for +-35 mins or until the knife comes out clean when tested.
