Jam and Pecan Nut Pastry Swirls

Swiss Roll Style Swirls, Quick and Easy Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry
1/4 cup Apricot jam
1 cup pecan nuts crushed
1 cup cinnamon sugar
Milk/egg wash

Method:
Melt apricot jam in the microwave.
Crush nuts in food processor.
Roll out pastry.
Spread jam over pastry (thin layer), cover with cinnamon sugar.
Sprinkle nuts.
Roll up like Swiss roll.
Brush with egg/milk wash.
Slice. Place on baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C till golden (about 20 minutes).
Make a glaze with icing sugar and milk and squirt of lemon juice (I just used bottled) and spoon over and sprinkle with extra nuts.
