Hungarian Tart

250 g butter
1/2 cup castor sugar
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 to 4 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
Cream the butter and sugar till white and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Stir in the oil.
Add the sifted baking powder and flour.
Form into a firm dough .
Spread 3/4 of the dough onto a greased oven tray .
Spread the softened jam over the dough.
Grate the remaining 1/4 dough over jam.
Use a fork to spread the grated dough over evenly .
Decorate with sprinkles .
Bake at 160 for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
Cut whilst warm .
When cool sift icing sugar over
