3/4 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 slabs milky bar chocolate
Roasted desiccated coconut
Cream butter and sugar well.
Add egg and vanilla essence.
Add oil and mix well.
Add sifted flour and baking powder to form a soft dough.
Press into a greased oven tray and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Pour melted milky bar over whilst hot.
Top with roasted desiccated coconut.
