1 cup icing sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 cup maziena
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3-4 cups flour
Cream butter and sugar well.
Add oil and maziena and beat well.
Add pecans and mix.
Add flour and make into a firm dough.
Make four small logs and wrap in foil.
Refrigerate for half hour.
Slice and bake at 160C for 15 minutes.
While still warm dip in castor sugar.
