2 kg prawns (washed and towel dried)
125 g butter
4 tbls garlic or fresh garlic
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
4 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp tandoori spice
1 tsp fish spice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup fresh cream
Melt the butter in a pot.
Add garlic and saute on low heat.
Add spices and lemon juice and saute for a few minutes.
Add mayo, tomato sauce and fresh cream, cook for few minutes.
Add prawns and leave to marinate for a while.
Cook on medium to high heat on stove for 15 minutes with pot lid open, stirring occasionally.
Or grill in the the oven
