1kg wings chopped in half
1 tbls garlic paste
1 tbls lemon juice
2 tsp salt
1 tsp crushed chillies
1 tsp tandoori spice
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbls brown sugar
4 tbls sweet chilli sauce
4 tomato sauce
(Marinade and leave for a few hours)
2 tbls ghee
4 tbls oil
Heat ghee and oil in a pot.
Add wings and cook for ½ hour.
Remove lid and burn water on high heat, till sauce thickens.
