TRH Jameela's Tikka Chops
1 kg lamb chops
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbls lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/ 2 tsp dhana jeero
1 tsp crushed red chillies
1 tsp bbq spice
1 tsp tikka spice
1 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tbls fried onions
1 satchet tomato paste
2 tbls butter
2 tbls steers tikka sauce
2 tbls bbq sauce
2 tbls peri peri sauce
2 tbls tomato sauce
2 tbls sweet chilli sauce
Heat these together
Marinate the chops in the above spices
Line an oven tray with heavy-duty foil and lay chops on flat.
Cut slices of onion and tomatoes over
Cover with another piece of foil.
Bake in a preheated oven, bottom rack 180C for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush with sauces
Set oven setting on grill and grill for 5 minutes, middle rack without foil over.
Garnish with fresh dhania.
Serve with potato wedges and puri.
